Cancellations

I truly understand that there are some circumstances that are out of your control.

If cancellation is being made with less than 48 hours notice given, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied.

If cancellation is being made with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the cost will be applied.

Courtesy & Punctuality

if you fail to attend your appoitment

without any notice provided,

100% of the treatment cost will be applied.

if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appoitment, a charge may be applied

and your appoitment will may not be able to go ahead.

Repairs

Any repairs required within 48 hour’s of the treatment, will be honored free of charge.

Any repairs required 48 hours after the treatment, cost will be provided on a 1:1 basis.
